Can I buy from Zalando if they don’t deliver to my country? +

What about customs and VAT? +

For destinations outside the EU the carrier handles clearance and contacts you if duties apply — note that the US ended its $800 de-minimis exemption in 2025, so duties can apply to low-value parcels there too.
What if something needs to be returned? +
Returns are the genuine weak point of forwarding: once a parcel has left the EU, sending it back is usually more expensive than the item is worth. Choose sizes and variants carefully before ordering — this is the one part a forwarder cannot make cheap.
