For a large but light parcel this changes the price — couriers then charge by volumetric weight.
Individual quote needed
Above 175 cm or 300 cm girth couriers add surcharges of the same order as the freight, so the published rates do not apply. You can still send the parcel to us: once it is measured, your forwarding request waits for a quote, and nothing is charged until you accept it.
The calculator shows an estimated price for informational purposes. The final fee is based on the parcel as measured on arrival: couriers charge the greater of the actual weight and the volumetric weight (length × width × height ÷ 5000), so a large but light box costs more than its weight suggests. Enter the box size for an exact quote — and your account always shows the final amount before you start a forwarding.
Sign up and get startedYou top up your balance by card, and forwarding costs are deducted from it. No subscription, no invoice after the fact — and no line item you did not see coming.
Top-ups run on the Stripe payment page. Your card number never reaches us; all we get back is confirmation that the payment went through.
We issue a compliant electronic invoice automatically after each top-up and email it to you. You do not have to ask for it.
The exact forwarding cost appears in the panel before you approve it. Only then is anything deducted from your balance.
