Which European stores can I shop from? +
Any store that delivers to Hungary — which is most of them, since EU shops routinely ship EU-wide: Amazon’s European sites, Zalando, About You, Alza, eMAG, MediaMarkt, fashion and hobby brands, eBay and Vinted sellers, and thousands of niche European webshops.
How much does it cost? +
Pricing is per destination: a per-kg rate with a small minimum, shown transparently before you confirm each forwarding. Receiving parcels costs a small intake fee per package, and consolidating several parcels into one shipment usually saves far more than it costs.
Can you combine parcels from different stores? +
Yes — that is the main way our customers save. Your parcels wait at the Budapest warehouse, and you choose which ones to combine into a single international shipment.
How long does delivery take? +
Within the EU typically 2–7 business days door-to-door after you start the forwarding. To the US, UK or Switzerland typically 3–6 business days. You always get the carrier tracking number by email.
What about customs and VAT? +
You pay the store’s normal EU price (VAT included) when you shop. Forwarding to another EU country involves no customs at all. For non-EU destinations the carrier handles customs clearance and contacts you if duties apply — for the US, note that the $800 de-minimis exemption ended in 2025, so duties can apply to low-value parcels too.
