Prices of 2026-11-05. ## What it costs to the US A typical second-hand haul: 5 parcels of 0.4 kg each, from different sellers. The only route from Europe is Vinted’s own UK ↔ US service — UK sellers only, some states only, up to 2 kg, and excluding children's products and toys, cosmetics and perfume, jewellery and watches, electronics. None of it reaches Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or Greek sellers. Those sellers post only inside their pool. A vinted.hu account with our Budapest address puts you inside it; we collect what arrives and forward it to the US as one tracked box. For listings on Vinted United States itself, buy direct — we are not cheaper for those. ## Customs and VAT in the US The US ended its $800 de-minimis exemption in August 2025, so duties now apply to low-value parcels too. The rate depends on the product type and its country of origin. The carrier handles clearance and notifies the recipient about charges. Reviewed 2026-07-19; informational, not customs advice.
